A fixed-fee, 7-day diagnostic engagement. Payment is due at the start of the engagement. The $5,000 fee is credited in full against Control Tower OS setup if you continue within 30 days of report delivery. If we determine within 48 hours of receiving your questionnaire that we cannot deliver meaningful findings (insufficient data, out-of-scope business), we will refund in full.
Setup fee is non-refundable once work has commenced. Monthly fees are billed in advance. Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice.
We treat all client information as strictly confidential. We will not use your data for any purpose other than delivering the engagement.
