We start with the work, not the software.

Most change programmes begin with a tool. Ours begins with how the work actually moves today, and who is waiting on whom.

Four answers for every step

We follow a workflow from the request that starts it to the result that ends it. For each step we ask one question with four possible answers.

Every step in a workflowgets one of four answers
  1. Remove itIf the step serves no one, it goes.
  2. Write ordinary codeClear rules and clean inputs need plain automation.
  3. Use AI with limitsWhere inputs vary, with defined checks and exceptions.
  4. Keep a personWhere judgment and accountability matter.
How we decide what changes. The order matters: removal comes before any technology.

What we will not do

We do not recommend technology to justify an engagement. Please don't upload drawings, credentials or restricted technical data. And we do not publish anything about a client without their written approval.

The Diagnostic

The first engagement is a Diagnostic: a fixed-scope piece of work that finds the stage that costs you the most and sizes it, with the evidence behind each estimate.

You receive the findings and a recommended sequence. What happens after that is a separate decision.

A short call comes first, so that neither of us spends time on work that will not help.
